All of our sex dolls undergo a thorough quality-check process before shipment. Due to the nature of long-distance delivery involving multiple logistics entities, minor issues such as scratches, finger wire piercing, eyelash shedding, small stains, and similar micro issues are not considered damage. We do not accept returns or refund requests for such issues. Please contact our online customer service for guidance on handling minor issues appropriately. Thank you for your understanding.
Address Changing
Once the package is shipped, the sender’s address on the shipping label belongs to a local courier company, not our warehouse address. Therefore, if you need to change the delivery address, please contact us promptly.
If you refuse the package upon delivery, it cannot be returned to us. Please contact our online customer service to confirm your order status and receive guidance on the next steps. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any loss of the package.
Refund Policy
Upon initial receipt of the doll, if you identify any defects or damage, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for reasons other than products damaged upon arrival.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items. All returns are inspected to ensure they are in new condition, preventing used items from being resold. Items must be unopened, unused, or unworn, with intact packaging or tags.
Warranty Replacement Process
We manually inspect every product before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours and follow these steps:
- Email customer support at [email protected], providing your name, order number, and details of the issue.
- Attach evidence (photos or videos) showing the described defects.
- Our team will review the issue and contact you promptly.
- If the issue is determined to be our responsibility or a manufacturing defect, we will address it accordingly.
- If an exchange is necessary, retain the doll and its original packaging in unused condition. Photo verification may be required.
Please note, claims for manufacturing defects under warranty must be made within 24 hours of product delivery. Damage resulting from improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Cancellation Policy
For Custom Dolls
If you change your mind or place an order accidentally, please contact us within 24 hours to request a refund. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your total order amount to cover payment processor charges.
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment (custom dolls), a 50% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee and any incurred fees such as design, material, processing, makeup, and transaction fees.
Once the package is shipped, order cancellation is not possible.
For In-Stock Dolls
In-stock dolls are processed immediately upon order, including shipping and handling fees. Once ordered, in-stock dolls cannot be canceled after shipment. The cancellation policy for custom dolls does not apply to in-stock dolls.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 20 business days, please check your payment account. If the refund is not received, contact us for assistance.
